Review the terms and conditions of your contract with Maxicare (you can also inquire this from our Customer Care) and call first the doctor/physician to mention your concern and to find out if it is covered before you set an appointment just to make sure.

Can we use maxi care even without card? Our card was not yet issued to us. Per advice, we can use our company ID for free consultation. Is it true?

If you are under a corporate account, we normally send a list of members with their corresponding ID card numbers which can be shown to the Maxicare coordinator/liason officer or hospital staff together with your Valid ID while your ID card is still being processed. The free consultation can only be availed at Maxicare Primary Care Centers (PCC).
